• Online booking process for Bangladeshi nationals only.
• Foreign national’s reservation has to be made through email or call @ reservations@seapearlcruises.com, 0188-655-3333. Additional BDT 7,500/- per person has to be paid for each foreign guest for forest revenue.
• Booking will be confirmed only after getting a 100% deposit of the tour.
• Booking will be automatically canceled if the tour’s full price is not paid.
• We’ll also need a copy of the National ID or valid passport of everyone for the forest permit, and the children’s birth certificate as proof of age.
• Minimum 30 people are required to run a tour. If there is lack of participants then Sea Pearl management reserved all the rights to cancel the booking and refund 100% of paid amount within 14 working days after the cancellation.
• If you want to cancel any confirmed booking, you need to do that by replying to the booking email of the tour. No cancellation will be accepted without a written email. The time of receiving the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.
